You may close your account at any time by contacting the 555cuci customer support team. Before closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances. Any balance remaining in an account closed at the player's request will be returned via the original deposit method within 3–5 business days.
If you feel the need to stop playing for a certain period, you can activate the self-exclusion feature through your account settings. This feature can be set for 24 hours, one week, one month, or up to 12 months, and cannot be cancelled before the period ends.

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be severed from this document while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are provided in Bahasa Melayu as the official version for Malaysian users. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
